Hourly cleaning vs result-based cleaning: which is right for you?

The short answer: result-based cleaning gives you a fixed price for the complete service with no surprises; hourly cleaning charges for however long it takes, whether or not the job is finished. At Professional Cleaning we work by result because the client knows exactly what they'll pay before we start.

Hourly cleaning is the traditional model: you pay a rate per hour and the team cleans for that time. The problem is you don't know the total cost until they finish. If the house is dirtier than expected, the bill goes up.

Result-based cleaning is a fixed quote: you tell us what you need, we give you a price, and that's the final price. If the team takes longer than planned, the company absorbs it. If they finish early, the price doesn't drop, but it doesn't rise either.

When to choose hourly? It makes sense for regular maintenance with a fixed, predictable scope (e.g. 3 hours weekly, always the same). When to choose result-based? For one-off cleans, deep cleans, post-construction, or when you don't know how much work there is.
